This network aims to provide a network of support, advice and information to and for Carers. CfC will work to enable Carers to have an outlet to obtain guidance and enable them to value their own feelings and needs, as well as the feelings and needs of the person(s) they care for.

The aim of the WIE&A network is to promote and facilitate a gender inclusive environment within engineering, such that everyone can have equally enjoyable careers.

The purpose of this network is to champion gender equality and diversity, and their vision is to have a diverse, inclusive and gender-balanced culture.

The R.E.A.C.H group champion racial equality and exist to empower ethnic diversity within JLR to help us progress towards becoming an inclusive business.

The JLR Islamic Society aims to provide support and education to all employees regarding the Islamic faith; improving the workplace environment.

ACH is a community and culture which acknowledges the unique experience of people from African and Caribbean heritage. It embraces the talents and leadership potential of employees from this ethnicity and seeks to provide a space where the people from this community can bring their whole self to work. An environment where there are common histories and experiences. Cultural intersections are explored and shared. A place where the values of the JLR creators code are embraced and understood.

The Armed Forces Community Network is the leading voice for Veterans and Reservists at JLR. The network is open to all colleagues who advocate the armed forces.

JLR PRIDE aim to support our LGBT+ colleagues and allies, and to support and foster a safe, open environment for all, and to promote inclusivity across JLR.

The Shine Disability Network exists to champion and celebrate equality and diversity through support of our disabled colleagues and carers.

The Christian Fellowship network aims to encourage one another in our shared faith, pray for the needs of individuals / the company, and to bless and prosper JLR.
