Understanding Different Construction Framework

Floor cassettes are a factory-manufactured panel comprising a series of floor joists joined together with trimmers or end-joists to form a load-bearing element of floor construction.

Roof Trusses

Used to determine the shape of a roof or ceiling while also providing support. Trusses are not made together with the rest of the roof. They are pre-engineered in a factory using lightweight raw materials and then transported to the construction site.

Floor Casettes

Structurally engineered panels made from treated softwood timber that are delivered to site un-insulated.
