Managing a small team of Instructional Designers, I have led on transforming teaching, learning and assessment across the college through the use of technology - by helping academic staff to build engaging eLearning course-content using: Canvas LMS, Articulate Storyline 360 (SCORM); Articulate Rise 360; Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g.Express) and a host of new generative AI applications such as Synthesia and LessonUp.

Since Sept 2016 I’ve been Technology Enhanced Learning Manager at Belfast Metropolitan College - responsible for the day-to-day management of Canvas and all VLE applications - enabling 10,000+ students to access 600+ online courses each year.
