Next Friday, an Olympic athlete is coming to our school to inspire us to take part in more physical activity.

Who is coming to our school?

Her greatest highWalking out into the Olympic pool before my 50m Freestyle swim-off at the London 2012 Olympics.

Her motto"The more effort you put into something, the more you will get out of it."

Amy Smith

She has won Gold medals and Silver medals in the European Championships and the Commonwealth Games.She took part in the London 2012 Olympics.

So what do you need to do

You should all have a sponsorship form to take home. Try and get as many sponsors as you can so you can your prizes.

We will all be taking part in a circuit with Amy Smith then she will talk to us about her achievements.

Make sure you bring you sponsor forms back.

Make sure you all come to school in your PE kit on Friday.
