Why have they rushed the new machines out with so many issues. Not a day goes by without us having some sort of issue ie machine not on line first thing in a morning, machines not accepting tito tickets( after having 3 new readers we are now told people are inserting the too fast)

I find it difficult to understand why 2 new games, Rise of The Samurai and Hot Spinner, were released the day before the FOBT promotion where we were told to push Cops and Robbers. Codes going out to members for the new games. Now we have Spin to Win to get Cops and Robbers into top 5, whilst customers are playing the new games.

How long have you been in the role and what do you enjoy most about being a GRAM? I've been with the company for 18 years now and in this role for just over 2 years. Throughout my time, I've held various positions, including shop manager, GSM, and part of the Area Team. The most enjoyable aspect of the GRAM role is the promotional activity our department carries out; it's gratifying to witness shop teams actively participating and promoting campaigns. I honestly believe we are the best on the high street with this! Favourite musician:Gosh, I have a very eclectic taste in music, so it's hard to pin it down to one musician, but currently, I'm loving Lana Del Rey.What is your favourite FOBT promotion and why? It must be our Halloween promotion, Big Scary Fortune. The staff engagement with this promotion was incredible, and I enjoyed seeing all the pictures we received. I also love the fact that it was the first time we changed from having membership rewards games on the smart deck on Vantage to promoting a similar game type and theme. This gave us an excellent opportunity to promote similar content to our customers.What new content release are you most looking forward to this year?I can't wait to see our exclusive branded slot game to be released, giving customers even more reasons to choose Betfred! What is your top tip for shop staff?It goes without saying—use both the FOBT and business dashboards. Both dashboards provide excellent insights into your shop's FOBT business and can drive interaction with both new and old customers!

How long have you been in the role, and what do you enjoy most about being a GRAM?I've been in the role for just over 2 years with previous experience at the shop level as Sales Manager and at the area team level as an AOA. I love all aspects of the GRAM role; however, my favorite is promoting new content across the area and shop teams. Content is something that really drives the business forward and brings new experiences to customers. What is your favourite sport? My favourite sport is football, unfortunately, a Sheffield Wednesday supporter! I also have a keen interest in Horse Racing & Snooker! What do you look for on a shop visit? I always check the game zone marketing to ensure its correct, and that the game zone standards are clean and tidy! I also like to see how shop employees engage with machine players, talking about FOBTs. I like to coach where possible using the FOBT Dashboard. What is your favourite membership benefit? My favourite membership benefit is the 'New Game Info,' the SMS involves new game info and a Free Play Fortune Code. It gives members a chance to experience a game they normally wouldn’t choose, and they receive it for every new game release! What is your top tip for shop staff? My top tip is to learn the machine content; the more each employee knows about the games, their features, and game style, the more confident you become. How long have you been in the role, and what do you enjoy most about being a GRAM? I have been in my role as a GRAM for a little over two years. I am now in my 16th year with Betfred. I have previous experience as a sales manager and was an Area Supervisor before joining the retail gaming team. The most enjoyable part of my role is getting out on shop visits. This gives me the opportunity to interact with shop staff alongside area team members and share my knowledge and best practices with shop staff. Favourite holiday destination? Without a doubt is Tenerife. I have been here many times with family and friends over the years and created memories that will last a lifetime. The year-round sun is a bonus. What is your favourite game and why? My favourite game at this present moment and time is 7’s of Luck. I enjoy the chance of gambling small wins to get access to the feature.
