Lumi: Our Purpose
1. ESG Innovation & Impact - to upskill young people from diverse schools/ universities and to drive innovation to solve the biggest social or business challenges2. Early Talent - upskill a company's interns, apprentices or graduates through our Quests
We work with institutions worldwide in two ways
Invest in new ideas and young entrepreneurs: Help young people develop real innovations to critical business and world issues.
Access to Education For All: Lumi's online Quests have been participated by thousands of young people spanning 14+ countries across 3 continents.

Sustainability Innovation and Impact
Improve Youth's Career and Life Prospects: Each Quest participant obtains an accredited Future Skills Passport demonstrating their mastery of key skills.
Committed to increasing gender diversity: 50% female participation.
Empowering Local Action: Empowers young people to ideate around hyper local sustainability issues that affect them
Sustainability Impact: Lumi Quest topics encompass eight SDGs through (e.g., Climate Change, Inequality, Health, Sustainable Cities, etc). Plus bespoke Quests for select clients.

Top 29 innovative ideas with economic and environmental impact will be showcased at COP29
3. Launch the innovative tech-enabled solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
2. Lumi and Artefeact will deliver program to groom students develop innovative solutions to sustanability initiative, while developing their entrepreneurship, AI, Design skills, and Character and Values.
1. Select Quest Topic for Youth to develop innovation solutions. Sponsor quests for HS and University students in Dubai and across the GCC region.
Lumi and its partners seek to work with DP World to empower GCC youth to develop innovative sustainability solutions and showcase at COP29.
Lumi was conceptualised by a father & son duo in 2020
- We run digital, scalable cohort-based Quests
- Supported by an AI-augmented online learning platform
- Participants produce novel tech-enabled innovations to global or business problems
- And develop Future of Work skills such as entrepreneurship, design and AI-readiness.
