The projects are either crowdsourced or sponsored directly by a senior leader. An eLearning TAOLIN Stream: Access to relevant material from the award-winning TAOLIN platform at a pace that suits each learner, finding a balance between the program's speed and self-directed learning.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION. ALL UNDER ONE ROOF.
At KaizenGaming and not only, people prefer learning practical stuff that helps in their daily work. So, the theory goes, that if there's good support for personal development plans and team projects, talent pool members can get better at their jobs faster and reach their full potential sooner. But let's be candid – making this kind of practical learning happen in everyday life is tough. It depends on where learners are and whether their surroundings really support it. At KaizenGaming, the challenges of fast growth may make things even harder. That's why we came up with a learning solution that fouces on full integration of all learning elements under one roof, which includes: A Lean Live Stream: A basic 25 hours/year program with face-to-face workshops and webinars. We picked specific topics to build a strong foundation for your High Potentials (HiPos). Each Live Stream group has about 12 learners. A Deep-Dive Stream: People get 10 hours/year of training/mentoring on specific skills, common in their IDPs. They connect with others who have similar needs (like Delegation, Confidence, Efficiency) and learn at more advanced/deeper levels. Each Deep-Dive group has between 6 and 12 learners.
