Commercial creative field is highly collaborative and involves multiple people involved in advertising campaigns or product design. Managers also have to navigate office politics, manage multiple stakeholders and provide feedback to both their team and clients. Tasked with developing a course to help mid to senior level managers have better collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate politics in the office

  • Hosted a test session to gather feedback before the first session from intended target audience
  • Each session ask why attendees booked course and feedback form for continuous improvement
  • Marketing plan - Post on LinkedIn, editorial article and social media posts
  • We have received lots of positive feedback since launch in September 2023
  • In person courses in being converted to a live online format and will be offered in spring 2024
