Salesforce Registration

Whoever does the fact find is to register as soon as it has been qualified. Any size project (including under 200m2) to be registered Complete registration form and send to support.gb@sto.com

Sample Request

All standard samples to be requested via samplerequests.gb@sto.com Sample request form to be completed for: - Overpainted boards (more than 6 to be approved by line manager) - Colour fans - Superlit samples - StoSignature samples (ordered from Germany) - Standard Acoustic samples

Any complex samples to be submitted to ordergb@sto.com via material withdrawal form (this must be approved by line manager if over £100 value or Ben if under £100 value) with sample requests in copy Material withdrawal form to be completed for: - Cleyer B samples - StoBrick samples - Whole bags/buckets of product - Accessories/tools - Bespoke acoustic samples

All glass samples to be dealt with by Darren and Sean with sample requests in copy

All Decoprofile samples to be dealt with by Sean with sample requests in copy

BOOTBOX: Any samples that you require to go into your bootbox, email sample requests and we can send them to you directly.

Additional Info: Sample lead times are 7 working days from point of request Any samples ordered from Germany take 3-5 weeks from point of request Samples to Ireland always sent via DHL for tracking purposes

Specification

All projects with a full system must have a specification. This can be one of the short specs or a full spec depending on the need of the job/customer. This must be uploaded to Salesforce (even the short spec) in the files section with the date backwards and then SP (as example '2023.12.06_SP_') as the start of the file name. This means that we can always track which is the most up-to-date spec. No old files should be deleted.

When using a short spec, please always fill in this section:

U-Value Calculation

Under 500m2 - IST to request from TSS Over 500m2 - PJM to complete but use TSS as fallback if required

For a rough indicator - use ready reckoner For a formal U-value calc, U-Value Calculation form must be completed Additional Info: Please check form is complete correctly before sending to TSS so that we don't waste their time.
