  • What's the IDP duration?
  • Will all learners be involved in one cross-functional or team project? What are the timelines?
  • Will we have access to IDPs and Team Projects? Can we measure our contribution with questions such as "To what extent did your training contribute to completing your IDP/Project? Which tools in particular?"
  • Rise 2 is bound to include some foundational people-manager modules. Will the IC attend them, or should we produce Rise2A & Rise 2B for people managers and individual contributors?
  • We, almost invariably, would do dedicated group mentoring sessions for IDPs/Projects, explaining how learners can use the training tools in their projects. Is there room for that?
  • Will the learners be taking part in any courses related to DiSC> Can we incorporate DiSC in our trainings?
  • Live events: 40 hours per year plus self-paced eLearning. Is this aligned with policy?
