Student Interests and Abilities
Culture can be closely related to experiences and values. Multicultural students who feel more assimilated with their 'host country' will be more internally motivated with their career choices.
A student's experiences in early childhood will impact their career choice. Ex; People who experience adverse childhoods are more likely to service children in adulthood.
Some professions have a stereotyped gender identity that will infleunce student career choice.Ex; Women are more likely to work in education, health, and clerical. Men are more likely to work in managerial, STEM, and physically demanding jobs.
Career choice will reflect the values of the student. Ex; A student who believes in the rule of law is more likely to pursue a career in law enforcement.
Families can influence students towards certain careers.Students who follow in parents' footsteps report higher confidence in job performance.Teacher attitudes can also play a role.
Students will choose careers that reflect their own interests and ability. Ex; A student enjoys Disney movies and is also good at voice impressions. His career goal is to be a voice actor.

Inertia Which habits prevent the customer from switching to the new product? Anxiety What is the customer uncertain about that prevents switching to the new product?
Senses Is a Wow Moment achieved by triggering some of the five senses? Emotions Is a Wow Moment achieved by triggering certain feelings?
