This is from our trip I took to Santa Fe with my husband, mother-in-law, and Ender . It is the Santuario de Chimayo. My mother-in-law, Pam, loved how peaceful and reverent everyone was there. I bought an apple for $.50 from a local merchant.

This is picture of my dad's model train. He built it in his living room, around his TV. We would paint the little figures of people waiting for the train. I have a lot of memories doing crafts with him.

This picture is from the same Texas road trip. The Oasis is a restaurant with a famous view of Lake Travis, one of the highest points in Texas. We decided not to wait 2+ hours for dinner and instead got ice-cream and a sunset!

I absolutely love this picture and this memory! Pam and I were walking on a trail laughing about something, I looked up and saw Draven and Ender up ahead, probably talking about something much more serious!

We have sand dunes in Colorado! It's a rare phenomenon where the sand got trapped by the geological formations of the mountains and allowed the sand dunes to develop. Remind me to tell you about my adventures camping in the Sand Dunes!

Denver Botanic Gardens is one of my favorite places to explore in the city. I met Julie the artist of this painting at Bungalow Craft. When I saw her during the Open Art Studios, she even let me play with her paints!
