A great hero called Victor Timely, who gives presentacions on the study of time at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. Victor Timely, an African American, tall, a little unkempt and dirty, with a pair of broke glasses, but very, very intelligent, with a very realistic mentaly, and who is not easily surprised, a person who is proud of his achievements. He has his "laboratory" inside the bosement of the institution, something that causes a bit of conflict for the others.
