Blake Holz
Process Industrializer (MEF - Shaping)
My first experience at Michelin was as a TDM US9 (Ardmore) in the ZP/BAZ service (textile and metallic calendering production). After that, I moved to South Carolina within the Operational Methods team where I worked for 6 years. My focus was on ZA Charges and DHL ("Dosage Liquide et Huiles" - Liquid Dosing and Oils), and I was also responsible for Balise VICC and NAT20 EVO. Today, as an expatriate in France, I have the opportunity to lead multi-zone process improvement and prototype development, all while experiencing intercultural growth.
Blake Holz
sportsman, traveler
The first line of success on my resume would be 'survived France'! ;) I am American. I love running and mountain biking. There are 2 more true facts about me and 1 false. Can you detect the lie?

Mohammed Ouzennou
Methods Expert (Preparation of charges and oils), NAT20
I have two main roles, like almost everyone in the group. One of them involves the ZA Charges and Oils process (ZAC/ZAH). Currently, a significant part of my work is related to the NAT20 project. In line with Michelin's mission, our goal is to reduce the negative impact on the environment. To achieve this, we aim to eliminate virgin carbon black from the tire manufacturing formula and use more renewable materials. To reach this goal, I am researching new materials in collaboration with a team that also includes Vanessa. Our mission is to explore ways to increase the percentage of sustainable materials, initially.
Mohammed Ouzennou

Family is the best thing: the meaning of life. For me, everything I do revolves around my family: work, outside of work, decisions, etc. The photos on the left – that's the story of my life. Click on them one by one. To get to know me better, find one false fact among these three:
I almost got hired at BIB twice.
Far from what I could have imagined, DNA tests reveal Norwegian origins for me.
I came in preparatory class at the age of 11.
Julien Fonlupt
Process Industrializer (Charge Preparation), Automation & Digital
I have been with Michelin for over 15 years, with an unconventional career path for my current position, as I started as a plate stacker in Cataroux Group 14 and climbed the ranks over time. This was marked by many convivial moments, one of which left a memorable trace: in one year of missions, I managed to gain 7 kg!
Quentin Urbain
active father of 2 sons, coach of the rugby team
Rugby is my hobby. I am a former player, and now I am the coach of one of my sons' teams, who also plays this sport. Both of my sons are passionate about rugby, and I have the privilege of seeing them evolve on the field. In the photo, I am with a team of players. Why don't you guess 2 other true facts about me? Choose 2 correct answers out of the 3 proposed:
I obtained the sports educator diploma.
I lived in the department of 2 presidents of the republic.
I turned down a job in Germany.
Julie Meilhac
Process Industrializer ZAG, BU
I joined Michelin in 2019 as a process industrializer for rubber and then for charges, within Operational Methods Europe. I then decided to take a sabbatical leave for 10 months to explore a different culture, a country, and return with strong memories and convictions in my luggage. I came back in great shape to work with my colleagues on ZAG and BU topics.
Julie Meilhac
passionate, hyperactive
Despite the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand, I am still amazed while hiking at Puy Mary, my favorite mountain. I have many passions as I am quite hyperactive, but I spend the majority of my free time hiking in the mountains, observing the incredible fauna and flora that live up there. My worldview often leads me to question the concept of simplicity in my lifestyle, a complex but fascinating subject in my eyes.
