FM Main Schedule

One45 is used for student grades and clerkship schedules. Chris Hamer/Tyler Norstgard are the best contacts.

Canvas houses all course materials (schedules, syllabi, small group assignments, etc.). You should have access to: OCS HP1 (Fall 2023) OCS HP1 (Spring 2024) OCS HP2 FM CLK HSS1 HSS2

ExamSoft is used for assessment and assignments in OCS and the clerkship. David Ireland in Academic Technology is the best point of contact. Your key uses will be: 1. Extracting student quiz grades. 2. Posting assessments.

Echo360 is the software that houses all of our recorded lectures. These are arranged by course. David Ireland is the best point of contact.

DFM uses Google drive for 90% of our document storage/sharing. You can find ALOT in the Admin folder + will be added to the OCS resources as well.

Marybeth uploaded all of her email templates and general timeline of repeating duties into a google drive for us. Please take a look and bookmark these items for your use!

I have an IRT ticket in to get you access to the Family Medicine Restricted drive (K:). This is where we keep all of the course grade records.

The FM Main Schedule is our live, dynamic schedule that keeps track of where all faculty are scheduled to be every day of the year. Anne Tomasello will train you on how to read and interpret this.
