No 90-Day Plan from the BoardNo plan to address shortcomings of the Strategic PlanThere is no talk of a Community engagement plan in the Strategic PlanInformation all online easily accessibleCampbell and Phoolan assert the importance of community leadership coming from the board and superintendent to have a rapport with community needs. They argue that this is at the heart of the moral imperative that should put policy into action. They posit that treating community leadership is a cohesive task while educating and leading the community to be a coherent and highly effective district (p. 132-133, 2019).
