Phrase Analytics - Quotes, Cost, Savings and Leverage

The Quotes dashboard gives you information about all quotes in a new, approved, for approval and declined status. Let's explore some of filters availble in this dashboard. Click on interactive elements ( ) to expand the settings (click again to hide it).

The Cost dashboard shows finantial spend based on information from quotes generated in the project. It is calaculated as a pricing metric multiplied by a price list. Please note that creating a new quote for the same workflow step overwrites the data for the quote previously created.

The Cost dashboard comes with a set of the following reports:

• Total Cost
• Cost by month
• Cost by linguist
• Cost by vendor
• Cost by language pair
• Cost by project
• Cost by workflow step
• Cost by client

The Savings dashboard reflects the savings coming from discount rates configured in the net rate schemes used in your projects. It compares the raw and net price from a quote to calculate relevant savings. Click on an interactive element ( ) to explore match type filter.

The Savings dashboard offers the following reports:

• Savings by month
• Savings by match category
• Savings by language pair
• Savings by machine translation engine
• Savings by linguist
• Savings by vendor
• Savings by project

In the Leverage dashboard you will find information about translation memory, machine translation, and non-translatables usage accross your jobs. This information is displayed only for projects in which a net rate scheme was used when generating analysis.
