The greeting is an important part of the call flow because it sets the tone of the entire call interaction. Your greeting should include the company's branding, your name and then ask for the customer's first and last name.

When customers call us, it is because they have already heard of us, read a review about us, or was referred by a family or friend.

Value is what the customer expects to receive from us. Value is when we are able to meet their needs. We build value with the aim of inspiring customers to buy the system, not manipulating them. Inspiration attracts retention and retention means loyalty.

Closing a sales call doesn’t mean we are closing a deal. As a Cove consultant we should always have a goal of leaving the customer better informed than when they first found us.
