Set up designated days for specific activities that doesn't involve screen time like Mondays is painting day, Tuesdays is play an instrument day, Wednesday is walk in park day, etc.Utilize community activities like signing kids up for sports, reading programs at the library, coordinate with friends to hang out.Involve your kids more in what daily chores there are or errands to keep them busy.
