Rollthe dice!

My Creative Process

While brainstorming, you come up with an amazing idea causing you to have a boost in motivation! You climb the ladder and progress with your project!

The coffee is kicking in and you're churning out content rapidly! You move up the ladder!

Your study playlist is so good you can't help but break into song and dance! You spend 10 minutes performing in front of an imaginary crowd. The snake brings you down.

You're able to take shortcuts with your project. Work smarter, not harder! You climb up the ladder!

Your study playlist is keeping you focused and hard at work. You work uninterrupted for 45 minutes! You move up the ladder!

You can't seem to figure out this one aspect of your project. So you go back and rework other aspects in a futile attempt of procrastination. The snake brings you down.

You realize that you actually hate what you've been working on so you decide to completely start over. Back to square 1.

Just over halfway done! Keep up the good work!

Oh no! You got a notification on your phone. You check it quickly, then spend 15 minutes on Instagram. The snake brings you down.

The hardest parts are over. Just a little bit more and you're done!

You don't know why you're trying so hard. You set more attainable goals and strive for that instead of perfection. You take it easy on yourself and move up the ladder!

Caffeine crash! That energy boost has depleted and all you want to do is take a nap. The snake brings you down.

Your brain is fried. You need a break before you can continue working. The snake brings you down the ladder.

Now that you have an idea, you just have to start making it a reality! That sounds like a lot of work so you stare blankly into space for a while. The snake brings you down.

Just as you're about to finish, you get another surge of creativity! You go back and add, rework, remove, and change content. The snake brings you down.

You've got a solid idea about what you want your project to look like. That's a great start!

INSTRUCTIONSEach player starts with a token on the starting square (usually the "1" grid square in the bottom left corner, or simply, off the board next to the "1" grid square). Players take turns rolling a single die to move their token by the number of squares indicated by the die roll.Tokens follow a fixed route marked on the gameboard which usually follows a linear track from the bottom to the top of the playing area, passing once through every square. If, on completion of a move, a player's token lands on the lower-numbered end of a "ladder", the player moves the token up to the ladder's higher-numbered square. If the player lands on the higher-numbered square of a "snake" (or chute), the token must be moved down to the snake's lower-numbered square. If a 6 is rolled the player, after moving, immediately rolls again for another turn; otherwise, play passes to the next player in turn. The player who is first to bring their token to the last square of the track is the winner.

Congratulations!

After many breaks, back-tracks, and distractions, you were able to get through my creative process and produce something!
