I believe that Davarian L. Baldwin was more successful because of the quantity of evidence. He also maintained a broader topic of discussion which encompassed Richmond along with the other universities. It also gave more unique reasons for the displacement of poor people of color. His criticisms of universities also had a greater impact than the other article.

She speaks on displacement caused by gentrification and the loss of history and culture. Davarian L.
