To set up personalized notifications, selct custom notifications in the notification settings page.

    • We recommend setting up a notification for Shipment Booked via email. This will automatically send you a copy of your Bill of Lading once the carrier is booked. o You may set up any additional notifications that may be pertinent to you.

Obtaining the Bill of Lading

    • Select the order from your dashboard and/or ‘My Orders’ (under Tracking) and select ‘View Documents’ in the upper right-hand corner.

    • Look at your BOL for a pro number and barcode. If present, please do not pre-pro your shipment. Please ensure you’ve waited for at least two minutes to pull your Bill of Lading to give the system a chance to release an eBOL if applicable.
