The Business Problem Ruby Lane College, known for its vibrant studio programmes across three campuses catering to students aged 16 and beyond, has earned accolades, including a recent thumbs-up from Ofsted. However, the college grapples with real challenges, like staff shortages, a dearth of skilled personnel, and time constraints. These factors are impacting staff retention, a crucial aspect. Recognising and addressing these issues is pivotal for Ruby Lane College to maintain its commitment to providing quality education and apprenticeships.
