Multi Port Adaptor

The multi-port adaptor simplifies final fill assembly design by consolidating flow management into a single manifold versus multiple leg designs. This reduces the 'spaghetti' of single-use designs allowing for easier deployment of tubing sets.

Single Use Bioprocess Bags

Single-use bioprocess bags are constructed of a multilayer film for bioprocessing applications, including an LDPE product contact layer, an EVOH gas barrier, and a nylon outline. The film materials are consistent throughout the product range and are free of animal derived components with supporting BPOG extractables information. They are constructed from a suitable material for use in final fill applications with VHP exposure. In addition to the standard sizes, we can offer custom bioprocess bag design services. AseptiQuik Connectors provide quick and easy sterile connections, even in non-sterile environments. They allow you to transfer media easily with minimal risk of error. Eliminating the need for clamps, fixtures or tube welders, providing sterile, high quality single-use connections every time.

​Clean Rapid Transfer Port (CRTP)

Clean Rapid Transfer Port (CRTP) was designed as a transfer solution for Life Science applications where sterility is critical, providing clean, rapid and repeatable transfer into or out of isolation. The port is mounted to the cell wall and acts as the alpha assembly, to be combined with a range of compatible beta options.

Port Disk Adaptor

The port disk adaptor provides a solution for fluid transfer applications with beta bags. The overmolded adapter eliminates fluid path dead zones introduced by barbed fittings and allows for smaller ID tubing to be used with the bag port (no step up / down required). Removing a number of mechanical connections on the assembly using the port disk adapter reduces potential leak points for tubing adaption to the bag port.

Single Use Beta Bags

The Single-Use Beta Bag from CRL is a safe, efficient, and cost-effective solution for aseptic production. The single-use system allows you to transfer components into or out of isolation without risk of contamination. When used in conjunction with Alpha port systems, the Beta Bag ensures sealed containment and sterility of the process environment is maintained.

Overmolded Tubing

Using overmolding in pump tubing segments provides hours of continuous, leak-free operation. SPT-60L silicone tubing is long life and provides consistent delivery over the filling lifecycle with minimal spallation. Additional overmolded connections are available (i.e. reducers, manifolds, tees, etc.) and can be customized to your specific equipment or configuration in Sani-Tech® silicone or C-Flex® TPE resins.

Needle Protection

Unique design for protection of needles during packaging/shipment, facilitates extraction of linesets from BetaBag and improves handling and deployment of linesets in the isolator. Needles are protected by puncture resistant, polyurethane sleeves or can be secured in a molded polypropylene case (in groups of two).

Line Identification

Line set identification via number tags or color coding is available on assemblies. This simplifies the operator installation and setup of the filling line.
