The Five Principles Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, Freedom. The essence of Mars

There are many programs that we offer at Mars that help us provide a unique, compelling experience for Associates. In particular, we have called out five programs that help bring the Essence of Mars to life – no matter where you are in the company. Great Line Management (GLM) is one of these essential programs. As a manager, you are responsible for cultivating the conditions inside our organization to achieve Everyday Greatness. What is Everyday Greatness?

It means genuinely caring about people and being available and ready to help. Sometimes it means stepping out of your comfort zone in order to become a better leader. It requires your time, resources, and attention - every single day.
