It's a holiday that originated from the Celtic festival Samhain (Sow-in) over 2,000 years ago!The new year celebrated on November 1st, marks the end of the summer and harvest and the beginning of the cold, dark winter
What is halloween?
Celts believed that on the night before the new year, the boundary between worlds of the living and the dead becaome blurred. They celebrated when it was believed that the ghosts of the dead returned to earth!
