Directions:

  1. In a round glass pie dish, combined brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Remove dish from microwave (using hot pads), and stir ingredients until evenly combined.
  3. Cut biscuits into 8 even pieces.
  4. Place a custard cup in the middle of the glass dish to give the bread a ring shape.
  5. Place the biscuit pieces on top of the melted brown sugar mixture.
  6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the dough is not sticky to touch.
  7. To serve the bubble bread, place a plate on top of the round dish and turn both upside down.
  8. Allow for STANDING TIME. (ABOUT 2 MINUTES). Pull pieces apart with your fingers and enjoy eating.

  1. Season Chicken: Remove the skin, bone and wash the chicken with lemon. Put the chicken into a bow, Season the chicken with salt, oregano , garlic powder, onion powder and adobo.

  4. Once everything is cooked through, remove the bones from the soup and discard. Taste and season with salt to taste.

Monkey Bread
