Make sure the Google Doc/Slide/Sheet can be viewed by anyone:1. Click Settings 2. Click the little arrow to select "anyone with the link"

Creating a Force Copy

Change Edit to Copy in the URL

1. In the URL, find the word EDIT and replace it with COPY2. Copy the new URL and paste it in a tab to verify it worksFor example:docs.google.com/document/d/abunchofletters/edittodocs.google.com/document/d/abunchofletters/copy
