If you have any other materials attached, importing will not be an option. 2. If you have importing toggled off after returning grades to students , they will not be able to view their reponse and grade until its toggled back on.

What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is a tool from Google that lets you create online surveys, tests, and questionnaires. It's like a virtual replacement for paper surveys. With Google Forms, you can craft questions, select answer formats, and then share the form with your intended audience. Once people fill out the form, their responses are automatically organized into a spreadsheet that you can access online, simplifying the process of collecting and analyzing data.

Google Form Example - Breakout Room Lock

People have filled out the form, now what?

At the top of the form screen, there is a tab for responses. The number next to it indicates how many responses have been submitted. In your settings, if you have set the form to be a quiz with point values, you can grade responses by selecting either Question (to grade each question in batches) or Individual (to grade each response one by one).Responses can also be exported to Google Sheet, where you can use formulas to better analyze and review your responses as desired. You can also turn off responses by toggling to switch at the top of the response tab.

Can I share my Slides with other staff members?

Google Forms is one of the few Google tools that has a different Share settings location than others, like Docs or Slides. If you want to add another editor to your form, like a colleague, click on the kebab menu (top right corner) and select Add collaborators.Do NOT use this for people who need to fill out the form as a responder, only for EDITORS.
