Types of Check In Alerts
Review Guest Policy
A signature may be missing on their agreement or may need to be updated. For example, a minor may be missing their liability waiver signature.
If a member has left something behind after a visit to the club and we're able to identify that it is in fact their item, we can flag their account as a reminder
Possible reason for alert
- Prospect has not finished their signup
- Member has not finished their rewrite
- Must finish rewrite or sign up because they may be getting free access to Baileys
- Membership has already canceled and they no longer have access to Chuze Fitness
- Possible reasons for “Membership Canceled” alert but they are still coming
- They didn’t realize/remember when their cancellation date (last day of access) is
- They are a Wellness member and their insurance has changed and therefore they need to resign up if their Insurance is still active
Member has requested to cancel and the cancellation has been set in Ignite
- Membership is Paid in Full and the year is almost over
- Alert member so they can renew their membership and not have have to pay a new start up fee
- Member has a debit/credit card on file for their ABC Primary Billing
- Update the expiration date because the member may run the risk of going past due soon
Membership dues have not been collected
Member does not have access to this location - access may be limited to one location
If a member is abusing the current guest policies a manager or team member should stop them at check in to review our expectations
Alerts vs Notes
Alerts will pop up on the check in screen when the member checks into the club. Alerts typically need to be acknowledged before you are able to see the next member who checks in. Notes can only been seen when clicking into the "Notes" tab while Alerts will display upon every check in unless acknowledged or expired.

How to create alerts
Click each icon to learn more!
Allows you to select if the alert will display once or will continue to pop up with every check in.
Allows you to set an expiration date for the alert
Allows you to set the alert to have to be "Acknowledged" aka action needs to be taken on the account before the alert can be clicked off the main check in screen.
Allows you to enable or disable remote door access ie. pool area.
Allows you to change colors on the alerts for various categories.
