Our Burger

We found that we could easily agree what we wanted to do. We knew we didn't want to make an average burger, and easily thought of different ideas to make ours stand out. We also were able to successfully think of ways to incorporate all of our ideas into one, and figure out how every flavor will work together. Finally, we were able to complete our work with enough time. We were organized in what we needed to do and easily finished with plenty of time to figure out our steps on presenting day

We really wanted to encompass a variety of flavors that you wouldn't normally find in your average American burger. It's made of a soft delicate bun, with a thick lamb patty. We added pepper jack cheese to add some flavor and spice, and sliced avocados for a soothing flavor. Finally, we have a homemade jalepeño mayo aioli to add a creamy texture and to tie in all the flavors.

Our restaurant is not too casual like a fast food place where you know you're getting poor quality food. It's also not too fancy where it feels stuffy and you can't have fun. It's a very colorful and friendly environment to represent the Hispanic culture and give off nice vibe. We have music to lighten the room and a welcoming environment for everyone to come in and have a good time.

When I first entered the restaurant, I expected a beat-down McDonald's, but it was better than I expected. It’s very vibrant and colorful. Not for people to come solo though, everyone is laughing all together with their friends and families. Ordering their most popular item was embarrassing, it’s called Señorita Hamburgesa. But when it came I wasn’t disappointed. The bun was plain, but everything else was great. They had a lamb patty, avocado, and a spicy aioli. The flavors melted in my mouth. I give it 9/10, it feels illegal to cause this much happiness.

Some of the challenges we faced was we couldn't agree with what to buy. With a $3 limit, we had to keep in mind what is the most important things to get, and what things we didn't need. We made a list of everything we wanted with their price, and crossed out whatever was too expensive and just an add-on.

We got our inspiration from the regular burger, and added what we know tastes good with. We've tried avocados in our burger and wanted to incorporate that. But we know that we needed to add more flavor, so we thought of jalepeños and a sauce, but didn't know what to do with that. So we just incorporated that to create an aioli.
