Mental Health First Aid is a network of trained staff who are the first point of contact if you are experiencing emotional or psychological distress. This group is coordinated by Lucy Dolphin, who is one of our Mental Health First Aiders. Please contact Lucy via email or slack if you would like more information.

One in four adults in the UK experiences a mental health condition in any given year. We are trained to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, provide help on a first-aid basis and guide you towards the right support services. We are not there to counsel or diagnose but to offer initial help and support. To learn more about Mental Health First Aid visit their website https://mhfaengland.org/mhfa-centre/about/ You can contact any of the members directly and don't have to be based in the same department.
