This video is meant for kids, but it does a great job of breaking down the complex process of finding the main idea: a major challenge presented in this week's chapter. Many times we're taught to look for the main idea and then the supporting details, but that doesn't work a lot of times in practice, making it a useless strategy. Instead, try looking for the topic > supporting details > and then figuring out the main idea.
