With almost 300.000 inhabitants, and being the most populated municipality in the Principality of Asturias... Gijón has more than 2000 years of history! With 13 direct connections with international destinations and more than 200 other connected destinations, the city has become a reference point in northern Spain, combining an exquisite culture, a solid industrial tradition and a strong academic presence through the University of Oviedo
