PARTS OF A PLANT
Roots Anchors the plant to the ground and absorbs water and nutrients from the soil, providing support and nourishment.
STEM Provides structural support for the plant and serves as a conduit for transporting water, nutrients, and sugars between the roots and leaves.
LEAVES Capture sunlight and perform photosynthesis, converting carbon dioxide and water into sugars and oxygen.
