What is Security?
Security, as defined by the dictionary, means "the state of being free from danger or threat." We take the security of our colleagues, showrooms and business very seriously. Security at the Watches of Switzerland Group includes all of the policies and procedures we have in place to protect us. It is therefore essential for you to read the Security policies detailed on ONE. Links to all of these policies will be included within this course. Security is a Combination of Total Awareness & Common Sense. All employees must be aware of the Company’s security policies. Failure to observe these instructions will result in disciplinary action against the individual concerned, including the possibility of summary dismissal for gross breach of instructions.

Why is security important?
Security is important for 3 main reasons: - To protect our employees - To protect our stock and business - To prevent losses by simply doing your job
The loss of stock has a dramatic and damaging effect on our profit, so you can help safeguard yourself and our stock by following the good working practices detailed in the Security policies.
