onboarding standards

  • Please keep communication clear & frequent. Responding to all update requests
  • Any changes need to be communicated with me as soon as realistically possible
  • Utilize the chatter function on SF
  • Onboarding is your prioirity. If you have a starter you need to have all onboarding submitted by latest 2 business days before. If this will not be possible you will need to alert me of the situation before the deadline.
  • Keep me updated in general
  • Check the weekly reports and respond
  • If actions are required for onboarding please prioritise
  • If a placement is not onboarded it effects Customer Care & also prevents invoicing which will halt commission & money brought into the business
