O Dia Internacional da Matemática comemora-se anualmente no dia 14 de março. Este dia é conhecido mundialmente como o Dia do PI, porque na nomenclatura anglo-saxónica, o dia 14 de março escreve-se 3/14, os primeiros algarismos do número PI.A partir de 2020 e por decisão da UNESCO, na sua 40ª Assembleia Geral, este dia passou a ser oficialmente o Dia Internacional da Matemática. É um dia especial para celebrar a Matemática em todas as suas formas e em todo o mundo. O tema do Dia Internacional da Matemática em 2023 é Matemática para Todos.Esta atividade destina-se a todos os alunos 2.º, 3.º Ciclos e Secundário e consiste na elaboração de trabalhos relacionados com o tema que posteriormente serão tornados públicos no polivalente.Fonte: https://www.idm314.org/#join
