Students watched the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk's message to mark the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. What they found more significant is that the UDHR recognizes the worth of every person!

In national teams, students created lesson plans about the UDHR. You can find them in the ebook. This activity was adapted from Flip the Script! Celebrate Global Goal 4 on World Children’s Day, World’s Largest Lesson.

This team was challenged to reply to the questions: In your opinion which are the main features a democratic school building should have? (e.g. classrooms, cafeteria, students room, school courtyard, landscaping, environmental concerns, ...)
