Fruits, vegetables, and protein.
Healthy Lives
I have developed two personal healthy habits that I consistently maintain.
Technology Today & Tomorrow
- Breathing problems, particularly allergies.
- I struggled to rest at night.
- However, since using this device, I can breathe much better, and I am able to rest well at night improving my quality of life.
One piece of technology that has impacted my life is the nebulizer.
Culture & Tradition
An annual event in my city where people make different shapes with flowers and carry them through the city.My city turns into a big garden. Flower fair is a great representation of my cultural background.
A piece of my culture that represents who I am is the flower fair.
A Thirsty World
- For example, in my new home, I have replaced all regular lamps with eco-friendly ones to reduce energy consumption.
- I reuse plastic bags and boxes from delivery items instead of buying new ones for garbage.
Caring for the environment around me is important to me, and I take various steps to achieve this.
Inside the Brain
- I play music and read to keep my brain active and stimulated, and I am currently learning how to play the piano.
- Secondly, I am learning lettering, a new skill that challenges my brain in a different way.
Keeping my brain healthy, I have developed two ways to achieve this.
In conclusion, I hope that you have enjoyed learning more about me and some aspects of my life that are important to me. These healthy habits, technology, culture, environment, and brain health all contribute to who I am as a person.
