The huggery's family can't make and we are going to plan a weekly menu of 130 euros.

Context

Objetives

The objetive of this work is to create a low-cost menu adjusted to the needs of this family , this menu consists of healthy and balanced meals that do not exceed 130 euros a week.

The strategy will be not to make unnecessary expenses of any kind and try to save when it comes to making ends meet and eat little more than necessary.

• The planning of this work is this:
• Monday:
• Lunch:spirals of red lentils with vegetables
• Dinner:scrambled eggs with peas and paprika
• Tuesday:
• Lunch:meat balls and mush rooms
• Dinner:Baked couliflower with paprika and baked chiken
• Wednesday:
• Lunch:sprout salad with beetroot,quinoa and goat cheese.
• Dinner:omelette with onion and roasted pepper.
• Thursday:
• lunch
