Main Purpose of the Job

  • To gain relevant work based learning within a Business Administration environment to provide a high quality service to internal and external customers.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Provide support to the Safeguarding / Mental Health / DoLS Admin Manager on a daily basis as well as supporting all management in a professional and timely manner.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • The post holder will work as part of an integrated children and adult safeguarding team of specialist advisors ensuring that staff are aware through training of their responsibilities with regards to safeguarding unborns, children and adults at risk. The team also encompasses the acute liaison learning disability service.

Main Purpose of the Job The post holder purpose is to provide guidance and support across Acute and Community Business Units providing guidance to colleagues to meet the needs of children and adults with learning disabilities Within the sphere of specialist practice the post holder will:-

  • Contribute to the facilitation of the planning, delivery and evaluation of care pathways for people with learning disabilities

Main Purpose of the Job

  • The post holder provides a highly specialist consultative resource within our Trusts and has lead responsibility for providing guidance to colleagues on meeting the needs of people with learning disabilities. The post holder will lead the development of appropriate services to ensure continuity of care across the patient pathway, providing seamless care between primary and secondary services.
  • The post holder will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop care pathways, and will assist in setting, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and the provision of assessment, preparation, planning and co-ordination at points of attendance, admission and discharge of people who have a learning disability to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • The post holder will be lead midwife working with the Named Nurse to ensure that the delivery of safeguarding is safe and has a robust governance and performance management framework
  • To contribute to the delivery of a proactive, responsive, specialist child protection service as part of the safeguarding children team. Main Purpose of the Job

  • Support all necessary activities to ensure the Trust meets its responsibilities to safeguard children, promoting good professional practice, providing advice and expertise and ensuring training is in place.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To act as team leader for staff with in Adult safeguarding service ensuring all staff work to provide a robust safe guarding advise service and contribute to Trust standards for safe care
  • Act as Trust Lead Professional for Deprivation of Liberty, the Mental Capacity Act & the Mental Health Act offering advice and training . Providing highly specialized advice on a trust wide basis on the safeguarding legislation of the Mental Capacity Act the Mental Health Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Has a working knowledge of the Care Act 2014
  • Lead on updating and implementing policies and procedures and other clinical governance issues in line with the Trust’s Action Plan relevant to the legislation of Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards To ensure provision of Deprivation of Liberty services to all Trust staff including clinical supervision, training and audit. Identify learning needs for multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams, developing and delivering training and education packages as necessary.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a proactive, responsive specialist adult protection service. Working in partnership with staff and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of safeguarding is safe and has a robust governance and performance management framework.
