Once your part has been manufactured, it is then transported to Merlo Group's storage facility. The part is then picked with the advanced TGW System which can pick 462 per hour. This maximises efficient, fast and durbale service.

DISPATCH TO THE UK

PART UK BOUND

The next leg of the journey invovles dispatch and shipment of parts to the UK. When the part has been picked and located, it is then handpacked by the Merlo Group team before it is dispatched to the UK.

UK BOUND

Once your part has been dispatched from Merlo Group HQ, DHL transports the parts to the UK on VOR next day delivery basis. For bulk deliveries, Doccombe transports the parts to Merlo UK's Warehouse in the UK.

Once your part has been delivered to Merlo UK, it is then stored in our Warehouse. In 2019, we began major alterations to the warehouse, utilising and improving the workspace. More recent alterations have created an 80m² area in which we have invested in new shelving and storage methods.

We have a vast parts Dealership Network that work directly with us to ensure you recieve your required part as quickly as possible. The Dealership will order through our SAV system, which is then passed through to our warehouse operators.

READY FOR DISPATCH

Once the order has been made on our SAV System, the part number is then passed onto our Warehouse Operators. They will then then locate the part and pack it up securely ready for dispatch.

THROUGH THE NIGHT DELIVERY

Out for delivery

Once your order is packed in the UK Warehouse,your parts Dealer can make an order anytime up to 5.30pm, and receive the part before 8am the next day ready for your use. Carousel pick up the processed parts from Merlo UK's warehouse, which is then transported to your local dealer.
