I will take different profiles along the journey:

When women participate in the economy, everyone benefits.

Increasing the number of women in management and in the governance structures makes good business sense.

Success takes diverse forms and shapes. Women don’t need to fit into a stereotype of success.

We need women at all levels, including the top.

HOW I CAN HELP The different training modules and tools I prepared aim to help women managers:

• be more self-aware of their own skills and employability;
• develop and master key soft skills and managerial skills.

I WANT TO HELP! Specifically women line managers, who play a crucial role in businesses’ operations on a daily basis as the leaders of their teams and as a liaison between staff and upper management.
