  • Email title: "EU4EU internship application - Name + Surname).
  • Explain you would like to apply for a traineeship within the EU4EU project, explain briefly the reasons for your interest in the organisation, invite the organisation to view your profile on the Portal EU4EU and propose an interview via Skype.
  • Do not contact more than 10 Host Organisations at the same time.
  • You may send a new request after 5 days without having received a response.
  • If you are contacted directly by some Host Organizations, reply as soon as possible (maximum 5 days).
  • Reply if you are interested in the offer but also if you are not interested, so that the organisation may contact other students.
  • Check your Spam box regularly, as emails coming from the Portal may end up there.
