Running water Process

Children were simulating the water process that occurs in nature from the mountains to our glass. We had fun imagining how water cleans on its ways through rocks and rivers :)

PLAYING WITH REYNDIRDuring the time together, we introduced the children to the reindeer (the teddy bear) and that he had come to Iceland to see Icelandic water, we also talked about where he came from and about his journey. The children had fun ideas about water, you can drink it, wash your hands and bathe in water, we can also splash with water.

Hvammkot. Feeling all forms of water

We talk about different forms of water (water modes). It can be rain, it can be baby water, frozen like ice or snow and then vaporized when it's very hot, for example. when we cook food.

We took the opportunity to be outdoors since it rained a lot that day, we went out to the sand pit and found water, puddles, ice and even a little snow. The children played with water and ice.

After watching the film about plastic in the ocean and what we can do about it, we made two posters today! The children wrote Stop littering; The earth is crying; we hate litter. Then, they drew pictures if they were stuck.

Interactive visual communication step by step:

  1. Plan the structure of your content.
  2. Give visual weight to the key points andmain points.
  3. Define secondary messages with interactivity.
  4. Establish a flow through the content.
  5. Measure the results.

It is clear and structured in order to transmit information in an organized and hierarchical way, and to deliver the most relevant content to the entire class. For this purpose, animation and interactivity are two fundamental pillars.Tags, windows, links, audios... With Genially you can include any type of interactivity to show additional content and add animation to capture the attention of the class.

A great presentation...

Visual communication is a key tool. We find it easier to 'read' images than to read written text. That is why disciplines such as Visual Thinking facilitate knowledge organization through the use of images, graphics, infographics, and simple drawings.

Use tables and infographics

Did you know? In Genially you’ll find more than 1,000 templates that are all ready for you to enter your content and customize, and that are super handy for your classes?

Note: In Genially, we use AI (Awesome interactivity) in all our designs so that you can level up with interactivity and turn your teaching materials into something that engages and provides value.

Did you know? We retain 42% more information when the content has movement. It may be the most effective resource for capturing your students’ attention.
