We did a draw to assign a cities of another country to each groups of students. They had to elaborate a short video pretending they had been there and sharing their experiences. This activity had been rated very positive as 94% of the teachers has given 4-5 stars.

During this project we have been in touch with other schools members by using the ETwinning platform, videoconferences, WhatsApp and emails. In this way, it has been rated by 88% of the teachers with 4-5 stars.

Student´s motivation was rated by 88% of the teachers with 4-5 stars.

STUDENTS´ MOTIVATION

The 94% of the teachers gave 4-5 stars to the final result of the project which was a genially with all the links simulating the real TripAdvisor website.

FINAL RESULTS

Schooltripadvisor creators wanted to thank the members of the projects (students and teachers) for all their work with a membership card. This allow them to travel virtually to the top destinations whenever they want. This gift was highly rated by 94% with 4-5 stars.

"I really enjoyed the project as a whole and especially the virtual trips and the way the project was introduced to the students by announcing that their school had been chosen among other schools to participate in this project. The students were really excited with it!".

"What I liked most about the project was discovering new applications, as well as learning about other cultures. I would like to highlight as a positive thing that although my students find it difficult or sometimes claim that they almost don't like English, the project has made them see that English opens doors to the world. One thing I would change would be to do the videoconference, it could be in smaller groups or include a change with emails from one student to another, to make it more personalised.."
