We usually eat 5 times a day:
Breakfast
Firstly, we have a breakfast before going to school.Our typical breakfast consist of...
- Olive oil and tomato toast.
- Orange juice .
- "Churros" with chocolate
- Olive oil and iberic ham toast.
School snack
Then ,we have a snack in our school. we usually have fruit like apples, grapes, strawberries,etc or a little sandwich.
Lunch
After school ,we have our lunch from 2 to 3 pm. Typical Spanish lunch includes : - Salmorejo. -Spanish omelette. -Croquetas. -Fried fish. -Puchero.
Afternoon snack
We have our afternoon snack at 5 or 6 pm. We usually eat a sandwich with olive oil, fresh cheese or with Spanish ham
Dinner
We have dinner from 9 to 11 pm. Typical Spanish dinner consist of: -Salad -Gazpacho -Breaded fillet -Empanada

Torrijas recipe
INGREDIENTS: - French toast bread. - Milk. - Eggs. - Honey. - Orange blossom water.
Elaboration
1 We put milk in a bowl and dip bread in it.
2 After that,we have to dip the bread in eggs.
3 Then, we use a frying pan with olive oil and orange ped in orden to fry the bread.
4 When it's hot enough, we take off the orange peel.
5 When fried bread becomes gold, we have to take it off.
6 While bread is frying, we mix honey with orange blossom water.
7Finally, we add the mixture to the fried bread.
8 And "Torrijas" are ready. Enjoy them.
He has been awarded as best chef in the world for The Best Chef Awards in Amsterdam 2021.
