2. It sends its GPS coordinates to cleanSpot Cloud Service or the service itself obtains them and sends alerts to users around the Mobile Recycling Centre

3. Users receive the alert letting them know that the Mobile Recycling Centre is in their area and they will have information on how to get there and what type of waste they can drop off when openning the notification

*It is also possible to configure the service to send alerts days in advance so that users would already have their waste ready
