Alpha Spray Nozzle
- Fibers Size and Density can be easily adjusted by setting the process air and the working temperature.
- Alpha Nozzles are Stainless Steel made, shim-based designed, and available in 25mm full width as well as is partial coverage configurations.
- Due to its adhesive pattern nature and the low volume of process air required, Alpha nozzles provide the cleanest spray application.
- They are designed to fit into our BAT25 modules, present in all our Flex-Spray Applicators.
- Alpha Spray Nozzles provide superb adhesive fiber control, ideal for laminating continuous applications.
- Instead of a Random pattern of broken fibers, they make the adhesive filament oscillate from side to side with a sinusoidal Non-Crossing pattern.
- This drastically reduces the adhesive contamination around the application area, significantly improving machine uptime, and provides an excellent edge control.
- Each nozzle has up to 5 large adhesive orifices, preventing clogging and reducing maintenance costs.
